Kade Younger is an Associate on our Implementation team where he works with clients to help create value with our solutions.

What did you do before joining McChrystal Group?

Prior to McChrystal Group, I swam and graduated from the College of William and Mary.

Why did you join McChrystal Group?

I joined McChrystal Group for the opportunity to learn and work alongside some of the most experienced and diverse leaders in the world.

What sport or hobby do you have outside of work?

I enjoy doing any water sport. I love rock climbing and fishing, especially with my friends or family.

Why are you passionate about leaders & teams?

I've been a part of high-performing teams in the past as well as teams that fail to hit their mark or come up short. From my experience, the key differentiator between these two types of teams is the leadership that is present at the top. A true leader enables their team to execute flawlessly and confidently by empowering each team member to contribute to the process of achieving success.
