Meet Ché
Ché Albowicz is the Director of Applied Analytics within McChrystal Analytics. She leads projects across industries including biotech and healthcare, energy, higher education, and government and defense. Ché supports McChrystal Group’s research and development initiatives, focusing most recently on building and sustaining inclusive environments at work, and supporting leadership development.
What did you do before joining McChrystal Group?
Before McChrystal Group I worked as a Research Analyst for a government contracting firm. During my time there, I focused on survey development and design, assessment and analysis, and data management for survey initiatives that spanned the DoD.
Why did you join McChrystal Group?
I joined McChrystal Group because I was interested in helping leaders make data-driven decisions about how to enhance their employees’ work experience. Within McChrystal Group we leverage multiple methodologies to provide leaders a holistic understanding of blockers and accelerants for their employees, and I found that novel and exciting.
What sport or hobby do you have outside of work?
Outside of work, I am out hiking, kayaking, biking, walking, and snorkeling.
