Ché Albowicz is the Director of Applied Analytics within McChrystal Analytics, leading a team of expert analytics consultants who harness the power of data to uncover critical insights that drive McChrystal Group’s tailored solutions. Ché also serves as the project lead for analytics initiatives, guiding clients through major transformations by providing data-driven strategies that inform and shape their path forward. Her leadership ensures that every decision is backed by actionable, impactful insights.
What did you do before joining McChrystal Group?
Before McChrystal Group, I was a government contractor working on organizational effectiveness survey-based research for the DoD.
Why did you join McChrystal Group?
My research focused on leadership and the factors that contribute to developing a growth and learning-oriented team. Within McChrystal Group, I am able to apply my knowledge in this space and leverage my passion to help real leaders work towards solving their biggest challenges utilizing the Team of Teams® model.
What sport or hobby do you have outside of work?
Outside of work, I am out hiking, kayaking, biking, walking, and snorkeling.
