Morgan Silvers is an Applied Social Scientist on the Analytics team, where she crafts research roadmaps that blend network analysis and performance data to uncover actionable insights. She identifies key trends that boost workforce performance and guide strategic decision-making. Morgan also creates compelling, narrative-driven data reports and presents her recommendations to C-suite executives, translating complex analytics into clear, impactful strategies that drive business success.
What did you do before joining McChrystal Group?
Before joining McChrystal Group, I worked as an HR Metrics Analyst at George Mason University, conducting multivariate statistical analyses to inform institutional planning and presenting key findings to senior leadership. At the U.S. Sentencing Commission, I analyzed qualitative and quantitative data to assess federal sentencing guidelines, contributing to key publications. Additionally, I served as a Volunteer Programs Assessment Consultant, conducting survey-based research to help nonprofits improve volunteer engagement.
Why did you join McChrystal Group?
I joined McChrystal Group because of the opportunity to push the boundaries of network analysis, applying cutting-edge analytics to uncover how teams thrive in complex environments. What has been your proudest moment at McChrystal Group?
My proudest moment at McChrystal Group was performing a blended analysis of survey data and financial metrics to predictively link people analytics trends to company performance. This work validated the strategic impact of workforce decisions and empowered leaders with data-driven insights to drive measurable business success.
What is a hidden talent of yours?
I can name every monarch of England, from Alfred the Great to King Charles III, in chronological order off the top of my head.
