While it’s important to keep the momentum going and ensure the groundwork is set for a successful future, that can’t be done effectively without first intentionally reflecting on the work and outcomes that are in the rearview mirror, taking stock of successes, areas of improvement, and if we accomplished the goals we established at the outset. Time is a precious commodity among Chiefs, and reflecting purposefully will take time.
Without that intentional reflection, it’s nearly impossible to move forward and set yourself up to continue making an impact for your principal and your organization.
