Meet Shreyas

Shreyas Shaktikumar is a Senior Associate working on an organizational transformation and strategy alignment project for a leading computer technology company. He is helping the team align around a new set of operating principles that is crucial in helping the organization internally adapt and succeed in the midst of shifting market conditions.

What did you do before joining McChrystal Group?

Prior to joining MG, I was a Senior Analyst for a boutique financial services consulting firm, specializing in strategy development and market research for multiple Fortune 500 companies. I also worked as an analyst at a resilience research organization, and in the proposal development and marketing division of an engineering consultancy.

Why did you join McChrystal Group?

Over the past two years, organizations have been forced to operate under increasingly turbulent conditions. Joining McChrystal Group gave me the perfect opportunity to help them develop agility and adaptability to ensure lasting success, while working at a people-first organization that prioritizes team-building and holistic growth.

What are your favorite books (besides Team of Teams!)?

I recently read Noise: A Flaw in Human Judgement, and found it to be highly informative about the impacts of variability in decision-making processes. A Tale of Two Cities has a special place in my heart - it was one of the first historical novels I had read, and it didn't take too long before I fell in love with it.
