Meet Denise
Denise works on the Implementation team, partnering with organizations across industries to optimize their strategic planning, enable empowered decision-makers, and improve channels for information sharing. She helps leaders translate strategic intent into coordinated action, allowing teams to execute, learn faster, and continuously improve how they operate.
What did you do before joining McChrystal Group?
Prior to joining McChrystal Group, I was a Program Manager at Intel, where I led strategic initiatives across sales operations, logistics, and finance. One of my most exciting projects was in coordinating the transition change management of a global team as they integrated into a larger organization, re-aligning key priorities and performance indicators within the new business group. However, I began my career as a chemist, and I enjoy applying scientific methodologies and an analytical mindset to my strategic engagements.
Why did you join McChrystal Group?
I joined McChrystal Group to help organizations close the gap between strategy and execution. Our hands-on approach to improving decision-making, information flow, and team alignment offered the chance to partner with leaders and teams to drive real, sustained change and make a meaningful impact to organizations across industries.
What sport or hobby do you have outside of work?
I love exploring new cities, especially when I can wander around and find hidden gems – and notably, when I come across exceptional coffee shops. I also love to read, with some recent favorite authors including Amor Towles, Colson Whitehead, and of course General Stanley McChrystal!
