Meet Morgan

Morgan Gambrill is a Staff Accountant on the Finance Team and is responsible for maintaining accurate and current accounting records. This includes working through a timely month close schedule, revenue reconciliations, client invoicing, adjusting journal entries, and more. Morgan also creates several internal reports to keep the entire staff up to date with McChrystal Group's financial position.

WHAT DID YOU DO BEFORE JOINING MCCHRYSTAL GROUP?

During my professional career I have always worked as an in-house accountant. Before McChrystal Group I worked at a few other companies that are involved in a variety of fields, although this is my first venture into consulting. 

WHY DID YOU JOIN MCCHRYSTAL GROUP?

I like doing more with accounting than simply paying the bills. McChrystal Group offered me an opportunity to dive into the numbers, determine the root causes of specific issues, and report out on them to key individuals.

WHAT SPORT OR HOBBY DO YOU HAVE OUTSIDE OF WORK?

I love to cook. I really enjoy trying new things, tweaking recipes to make them my own, and cooking meals for others. I also like to run. Last year I completed the Berlin Marathon, which was my first, and am hoping to run more races in the future.
