Nick Srebrow is a Partner at McChrystal Group and a seasoned management consultant with over 25 years of experience leading transformation efforts across Fortune 1000 companies, global financial institutions, and U.S. public sector organizations.

He specializes in aligning culture, strategy, and technology to accelerate performance and navigate complex change. Nick has advised executive teams at the World Bank, International Monetary Fund, and multiple federal agencies, as well as Fortune 500 firms, guiding them through high-stakes digital transformation, organizational redesign, and cultural integration initiatives.

Before joining McChrystal Group, Nick held senior roles at Booz Allen Hamilton and boutique consultancies, including The Clearing and Touchstone, where he built a reputation for delivering results in highly matrixed, mission-critical environments.

Nick holds a BA from George Mason University and is PROSCI-certified in change management. He brings a systems-minded, people-first approach to his work, balancing strategic vision with practical execution to deliver lasting impact.

He lives in Northern Virginia with his family. He spends his free time woodworking and following international soccer.
