Meet Danielle
Danielle Tenconi is a Senior Advisor at McChrystal Group and a seasoned leadership, marketing, and communications strategist with more than 20 years of global experience helping organizations elevate performance through purpose, clarity, and connection. In her advisory role, she partners with leaders to strengthen strategy, culture, and organizational alignment—bringing a deep understanding of how storytelling, leadership, and human systems drive results.
Prior to her current role, Danielle served as Chief Marketing Officer and Partner at McChrystal Group, where she led the firm’s brand transformation and helped amplify its global voice in leadership. Earlier in her career, she spent seven years as a commercial consultant at Accenture Interactive, advising global organizations across the U.S., Asia, and Europe, including Pfizer, Visa, LVMH, Merck, Unilever, and Mars. Her experience spans more than 50 markets across six continents, with a strong track record of driving growth, managing complex portfolios, and launching global initiatives.
Danielle is also the Co‑Founder of Lobo Leaders, a leadership development company dedicated to equipping mid‑level leaders with the capability, credibility, and community to lead with impact. Through immersive programs and practical tools, her work with Lobo Leaders focuses on strengthening the critical link between strategy and execution inside organizations.
She holds a Master of Business Administration and a Master of Science in Communications, specializing in risk, from Kansas State University. Danielle serves as a strategic advisor to multiple nonprofit organizations and lives outside Austin, Texas, with her husband and two sons.
