Meet Ed
Ed Reinfurt is a Partner, leading projects that include all service offerings from McChrystal Group. Ed has led major projects in financial services and telecommunications, and leadership development trainings and simulations in the government sector.
Prior to joining McChrystal Group, Ed spent 32 years in the United States Army, retiring at the rank of Colonel after a career in both conventional and special operations units. A combat veteran of Iraq, Afghanistan, and other locations, Ed has commanded diverse, global organizations that harnessed the capabilities of many US agencies to achieve strategic goals. Renowned for his ability to build relationships and trust across organizational cultures, Ed repeatedly was picked to lead teams that combined people from many organizations and backgrounds to solve novel challenges. His final military position was as the Deputy Director for Military Operations at the Central Intelligence Agency’s Counterterrorism Center, reflecting his ability to thrive in complex environments.
Ed completed a post-graduate fellowship at the Central Intelligence Agency, received a Master of Arts from the University of Oklahoma, and a Bachelor of Science from Norwich University.
