Meet Pinelopi

Pinelopi Margeti is a Senior Associate at McChrystal Group currently serving as a program manager for a leadership and development program designed to train a company's new generation of leaders at a Fortune 50 pharmaceutical company.

What did you do before joining McChrystal Group?

Before McChrystal Group, I was an Associate at a Chicago-based market research and brand strategy consultancy that specializes in conducting qualitative research and using psychology-based insights to help business and organizations with their brand, business, and culture strategies. Over two years, I helped Fortune 500 companies in the financial, pharmaceutical, and consumer product industries build stronger connections with their consumers and create more meaningful brand experiences.

Why did you join McChrystal Group?

Joining McChrystal Group provided me with the opportunity to learn about innovative and effective approaches to leadership while working alongside a diverse and talented group of people. I saw this as the perfect environment to combine my passions for and develop my skills in Organizational Psychology and Management Consulting while contributing to transforming organizations and making a positive impact in the world.

What sport or hobby do you have outside of work?

I have a passion for the outdoors, and love nothing more than hiking or exploring the city through its coffee shops and restaurants. I also enjoy cooking and baking, particularly Greek cuisine! And when I'm not doing any of that, you'll likely find me on a plane, exploring new destinations and romanticizing random cities.
