Meet Ted
Ted Delicath currently serves as an Implementation Principal committed to solving our client’s most consequential problems. While at McChrystal Group, Ted has supported tech, biomanufacturing, and energy companies in drafting and implementing new strategies, solving an array of problems, and reinvigorating cultures. His longest-running engagement concerned working with a Midwest state in responding to COVID-19. His team spent twelve months on the ground during the pandemic. Notably, Ted assisted in drafting and executing the State’s vaccination rollout and supporting systems.
What did you do before joining McChrystal Group?
Before joining McChrystal Group, I received my M.A. in International Security and Conflict from Dublin City University as a George S. Mitchell Scholar. Prior to that, I spent four years in the Army as a Ranger-qualified Infantry officer. I’m humbled to be an AVG Venture Capital Fellow, an Urban Leader Fellow, and a CORO Public Affairs Fellow.

What has been your proudest moment at McChrystal Group?
Helping States respond to COVID.
What is a hidden talent of yours?
I can act out both the Good Will Hunting Bar Scene and Al Pacino’s locker room speech in Any Given Sunday.
