Meet Omar

Omar is an associate within the Implementation practice, currently working with a leading hospital to align their various medical centers' strategies and improve communications as they grow to accommodate more patients.

What did you do before joining McChrystal Group?

Before joining McChrystal Group, I was an International Studies major and Economics minor at American University, focussing on sustainable development in Europe and Southern Africa. During college, I worked part time as a data analyst at a leading DC real estate team, helping to inform their strategy through internal and market analysis. I also interned with a successful gubernatorial re-election campaign, a boutique M&A firm, and a government software startup.

Why did you join McChrystal Group?

I joined McChrystal Group to pursue the opportunity of working with driven, intelligent people on high profile projects that really make a difference. The team of teams concept and the leadership qualities present at McChrystal Group deliver value day in and day out to our own team members, and clients alike.

What sport or hobby do you have outside of work?

I love to golf and fish. I was born in the woods of Western Pennsylvania, so almost any outdoor activity will occupy my time outside of work!
