What did you do before joining McChrystal Group?
Before joining McChrystal Group, I spent 12 years as a consultant working with leaders across various organizations in the Department of Navy to identify and execute operational performance improvements.
Why did you join McChrystal Group?
I like that McChrystal Group's approach acknowledges the importance of an organization that fosters trust, empowerment, and the ability to adapt to meet dynamic changes and threats in the environment; and sets that as the foundation for achieving high performance. And the people are what sealed the deal for me. I continue to be impressed by the amount of diverse talent McChrystal Group has, and how passionate, welcoming, and genuine McChrystal Group folks are, and look forward to working with each of them to deliver high value to our clients.
What sport or hobby do you have outside of work?
I enjoy traveling—I have recently explored Belize, Oregon—and plan to soon explore Morocco. My newest hobby is rock climbing, which I find so rewarding both for its physical and mental challenges. I also enjoy singing, DIY projects, and biking.
