Meet Olivia

Olivia Monroe is an Implementation Associate at McChrystal Group where she helps organizations drive the results that matter by getting their teams working better, smarter, and faster.

What did you do before joining McChrystal Group?

Before joining McChrystal Group, Olivia was at a Fortune 10 consulting firm. She held positions as both a technical and nontechnical consultant for Fortune 100 commercial clients and Federal agencies to streamline experience strategy across various platforms. While at UNC, she earned a B.A. in Business Analytics with a concentration in Women's Sports and has two published papers on the subject.

Why did you join McChrystal Group?

Olivia joined McChrystal Group to be part of a firm with incredibly smart and accomplished people with start-up levels of agility and motivation.

Why are you passionate about leaders & teams?

Olivia has been influenced by incredible leaders in her personal life and loves bringing forward lessons from past and present leaders to enable clients to simply do their work better. Olivia has also been on incredible teams as a professional athlete and has greatly benefited from the wisdom and patience of others as they have led teams. At McChrystal Group, Olivia has the had the opportunity to utilize both and learn from world class leaders of teams.
