Shruti Holey is an Analyst on the Implementation team where she focuses on organizational leadership improvement and process implementation.

WHAT did you do before joining mcchrystal group?

Before joining McChrystal Group, I was completing my master's degree which focused on healthcare management. Previously, I have been a practicing clinician and founded a non-profit that worked in the public health sector.

WHAT sport or hobby do you have outside of work?

I love adventure sports. I grew up doing 10m air rifle shooting. Besides that, I love hiking, reading, and listening to anything by Taylor Swift.
