Meet Liz

Liz is currently supporting a private foundation on building a sustainable action network that connects state members, the federal government, and other stakeholders to address nationwide COVID-19 responses.

What did you do before joining McChrystal Group?

Before joining McChrystal Group, I worked as a Venture Capital Intern at Lair East Labs in New York City, where I focused on sourcing high value deep-tech startups to support company’s investment portfolio. I also helped the client to create market entry strategies into China and built pitch decks using my proficiency in Mandarin. Before working in Venture Capital, I worked as a Consulting and Project Management Intern at Xelay Acumen based in San Mateo, CA, where I advised and helped local farms to shift sales channels to increase revenue. I also improved my firm’s project management plan to reduce iteration time and accelerate deliverable efficiency.

Why did you join McChrystal Group?

I was drawn by the enthusiasm that MG'ers demonstrated during my initial contacts and was further attracted by the innovative Team of Teams operating philosophy.

I believe people are the best asset you can have for life, and it makes my life so much more meaningful if I get to work with outstanding teams and leaders.
