Meet Liz
Liz Pang is a Senior Associate on the Implementation team, where she partners with clients to shape system-wide operational planning and communication strategies that drive cross-functional collaboration and seamless integration of information systems. In addition to her strategic work, Liz facilitates executive sessions and coaches senior leaders, helping them foster lasting leadership behavior changes and elevate team performance. Her expertise empowers organizations to navigate complex challenges and achieve transformative results.
What did you do before joining McChrystal Group?
Before joining McChrystal Group, I worked at a New York City-based Venture Capital firm, evaluating startup business models, founding teams, markets, and core competencies to help advise the firm's investment plans. Before working in Venture Capital, I worked as a Consulting and Project Management Intern at Xelay Acumen based in San Mateo, CA, where I advised and helped local farms to shift sales channels to increase revenue. I also improved my firm’s project management plan to reduce iteration time and accelerate deliverable efficiency.
Why did you join McChrystal Group?
I was drawn to the firm’s ‘Team of Teams’ approach and saw the opportunity to gain rich experience in operational strategy to help leaders navigate complex challenges more effectively.
What has been your proudest moment at McChrystal Group?
My proudest moment was when a frontline employee of a former client recognized me and my team at the airport and told me that our work made a lasting impact on their day-to-day jobs.

I believe people are the best asset you can have in life, and working with outstanding teams and leaders makes my life so much more meaningful.
