Chris Tillett is a Chief Technology Officer working on partnering technology to supplement great leadership and organizational change products by creating digital transformation.
What did you do before joining McChrystal Group?
Digital transformation, workplace modernization and collaboration have been the key pillars on which I have established my career. Prior to McChrystal Group, I acted as the Director of Collaboration for Merkle where I used digital technology and the Microsoft stack to create innovative solutions to business process, customer experience, internal communication, workplace, and sales challenges. For several years, I worked within the non-profit environment, traveling internationally for Catholic Relief Services while designing and implementing solutions centered around ICT4D. Additionally, I have experience as a SharePoint architect, information architect, and a former professor at Towson University.
Why did you join McChrystal Group?
To work with brilliant minds to create innovative solutions that increase collaboration, productivity and drive progress.
What has been your proudest moment at McChrystal Group?
Working on new automation solutions for one of our governmental clients to help them identify where bottlenecks are occurring as well as give them the data to drive decisions to impact change at the grassroots level.
Why are you passionate about leaders & teams?
Leaders have a way of identifying the very best within their colleagues and helping to motivate them to use those skills to create meaningful innovation. Each member of a team brings their own unique skill set that when motivated can lead to a highly effective, engaged and transformative product.
