Meet Tim
Tim Lynch is a Partner at McChrystal Group, leading the strategic growth of our firm. Tim has experience working for Fortune 100 companies in the energy, technology, agrochemical and biotechnology, CPG, and commercial real estate spaces.
Tim served as a strategic advisor to the Mayor’s office where he helped lead the City of Boston’s crisis response efforts.
Previously Tim helped develop a new business unit inside a Fortune 100 Energy Company, focusing on strategic growth in the Asia-Pacific region.
Additionally, Tim has worked with the leadership team of one of the world’s largest agrochemical and biotech companies. He worked with the new cross-functional leadership team to establish a bespoke operating rhythm and to align the organization to new strategic regional product-hub strategies.
As a former CoS, Tim's primary focus was on the integration of acquisitions into unified strategies.
Prior to joining McChrystal Group, Tim spent 12 years in the United States Marine Corps as an Explosive Ordnance Disposal (EOD) Team Leader. Tim specialized in training and advising foreign security forces in irregular warfare. He spent significant time shaping and leading foreign policy in South and Central America, and Africa, where he worked to improve leadership and build competencies in this challenging field.
