Meet Emma

Emma is a Learning Designer on the Academy Team. She designs dynamic learning solutions by applying adult learning theories and best practices, incorporating the latest trends and technologies.

Before joining McChrystal Group, I spent five years as a classroom educator, where I developed and implemented my own grammar curriculum. This curriculum was adopted school-wide, sparking my passion for adult learning. After leaving the classroom, I completed my master’s program and worked at various consulting firms, including a Big Four firm. During that time, I designed and led learning solutions based on research and best practices, leveraged adult learning theory to develop tailored curricula and facilitate change management, and supported sales efforts to enhance client engagement through customized training and innovative solutions.

Why did you join McChrystal Group?

McChrystal Group immediately stood out to me because of its passion for leadership, teamwork, and values. From my first interactions, it was clear that everyone here supports each other, which enables us to help clients achieve and exceed their goals. I am excited to be part of this incredible team and to further develop my skills with the Academy Team.

What sport or hobby do you have outside of work?

Outside of work, I love discovering new coffee spots, taking my dog on long walks, and practicing Pilates. In the fall, you'll find me cheering on Penn State football and the Eagles!
